Although your pitch was one of the shortest ones I've heard, I think it's one of the best ones. Your idea is similar to what UF already has in place with Rec Sports so you can perhaps ask them how the process works?
BTW - I would add onto your idea and put restaurants that are almost always busy. I myself had problems with that in terms of Valentine's weekend. I was trying to book reservations to a restaurant that is good, but not too packed. I would love to be able to see if it's worth my time to drive over to the restaurant. Further, maybe include parking lots in there? Sometimes it's hard to find parking when it's a busy day and I would rather just Uber in that case.

Hi Ben, I liked your idea about the app that will let you know how crowed a bar around a college campus might be. But to expand on that, and to make it a little more useful to the masses as well, you might consider extending that to restaurants and possibly theaters. That way you pull in a diverse group of people thereby making your app more successful. Here’s my pitch if you care to check it out: http://nicholeent3003.blogspot.com/2016/02/elevator-pitch-no-1.html
Hey Ben, this was a very short elevator pitch but I think its practical and realistic. I think you're main challenges are going to be making an app that have camera feeds to all the bars and getting people to use it, both pretty daunting tasks; but you sound confident and I think if you keep at it you can make this app what you want it to be. you should check out my elevator pitch as well. http://imalsonotadoctor.blogspot.com/2016/02/elevator-pitch-no-1.html
