In the fifth grade I sold lemonade. Sounds like a simple story but it actually motivated me as a young child to become motivated and be successful in school so that one day I could attend the University of Florida and create a good life for myself.
It's nice to meet you Ben. I'm glad you were motivated at such a young age to follow your dreams. I really like the picture that you used! The lemonade looks quite refreshing! I also sold lemonade when I was a kid too. I don't think I was as successful or as inspired by the event, but reading your story was really great to gain a different perspective. Your story brings back many memories of selling lemonade as a child as well. I like how you tied in nostalgia to why you wanted to pursue entrepreneurial ventures today. Although I think you could have elaborated a little more on your personal story, I liked the simplicity of instilling dreams from a young age. I was inspired by many different people in my life and have had the opportunity to work with some amazing inventors and CEOs through the course of a couple internships.
